Biography
I have been a film extra twice in two major feature films shot in Glasgow during the 1990s- Salt on Our Skin and Small Faces. I therefore have a very realistic expectation of what this involves and truly enjoyed both experiences. Would be very happy at the prospect of doing film work again in addition to my television work. . I have been signed on as a Curve/Petite model for Prestige Models and I have now appeared as an extra repeatedly in River City and in two television commercials - for EE and a major tech firm.
Skills
Can do Tai Chi, pilates, ceilidh dancing, 'clubbing'' style moves and am quite fit. I know there is a plethora of dramas being shot in Glasgow at the moment and I'm flexible time-wise to take this on as I am between jobs. I can turn up camera ready do my own hair and make-up and have lots of different outfits should these be required. I can plausibly pass as a more 'corporate' style worker as I worked in an office for more than two decades! As my last temporary job was an invigilator I have full PVG clearance.
I am quite confident in front of the camera, was in dance scenes in Small Faces and had a small speaking part in Salt In Our Skin.
I can speak some French and enjoy singing.
Am adaptable punctual, hard working and know that the ability to get on with others is important in this business.
