I have been able to develop my excellent customer service and communication skills over a long career in customer facing roles, one of which was a receptionist for 21 years. My other employment history “back in the day” include a stewardess on intercity trains, hostess on Caledonian buses, promotion staff at Glasgow airport so basically plains trains & automobiles!
