Biography
I love everything where I get to be someone else. So acting found me opposed to the other way around. I acted when younger, for 7 years, before moving into a more corporate career. Finally finding my way back 9vervthe last 4 years. This has been amazing, with lead, support & improv roles in the last few years.
Many years in recruitment training, coaching & role playing was interesting.
So far as an actor I've been very lucky to be part of comedy, drama & sci-fi projects & love them. A mix of all three would be a hoot.
I'm an avid reader of historical & crime fiction & my favourite author did manage a book with all three genres. Christopher Brookmyre. A writer who makes me laugh until I cry & hold my breath for a fair few pages.
I'm told I should be a stand up, but then I'd be me & I can be me any time.
I have a very expressive face, which has been good for close work. Why say a dozen words, when one look will do?
I'm fun to have around a set. I keep morale high when all the sitting around gets too much. And all without getting in the way of the important stuff.
I'm a people watcher & enjoy nothing more than sitting in a good coffee house watching the world go by & listening to snippets of conversation flow past. Or maybe I'm just nosey!
I write a bit for my own pleasure. Comedy & poetry. The poetry tends to be dark & the comedy funny nonsense.
