Biography
Born in Glasgow 1978, moved to Sheffield aged 5. Studied to seconday level passed all GCSEs then went on the study Art and Design at college. then went to study Furniture and product design, which let the to a PGCE in Art and Design thus becoming a teacher.
I discover yoga in my early 20s and went on to complete yoga teacher training and have continued to teach since then.
I have been very fortunate be have travelled a lot and now I am a mother of 2 children living and working in Arbroath.
