Cody and Beau: A Wild West Story
A show I recently wrote, directed and performed in with my theatre partner. Performed at the Edinburgh Fringe, Dundee Fringe and Jack Studio London. Skills
I am a dynamic and versatile performer with a strong athletic foundation and a wide-ranging skill set across sport, music, and performance.
I am physically fit and a passionate sports, having completed two half-marathons in the past year and maintaining regular weight training. I have an extensive sporting background, particularly in rugby, which I performed at an academy level for several years. I still play regularly recreationally. I play football and tennis to an advanced level. I am also confident in cricket, athletics, swimming and cycling. I feel particularly confident in high-intensity and hand-eye coordination sports, and thrive in team-based environments.
I am trained in stage combat, and have experience with screen combat. I have a background in musical theatre and formal singing training. I have experience singing in stage productions and have taken regular singing lessons, supported by a strong sense of rhythm and movement through dance. I am also a competent guitarist, and can pick up musical material quickly.
I consider myself to have strong vocal range, with a natural ear for accents. I am particularly assured in Scottish, General American, Southern American Drawl, New York, Heightened RP, Irish, Cockney, and Northern English.
